Hallo du Liebe*r,
es klingt vielleicht banal oder kitschig, aber ich glaube fest daran, dass viele kleine Schritte am Ende große Distanzen überwinden lassen können. Für jeden gespendeten Euro möchte ich deshalb eine Minute spazieren gehen: verteilt über den Sommer und auf dem Tempelhofer Feld in Berlin. (Das Foto zeigt übrigens meine Schuhe, auf dem ein Schmetterling sitzt. Ich hab das Foto erst neulich geschossen nach einem langen Spaziergang auf dem Tempelhofer Feld 🫠).
Mein Ziel? Deine Spende für die zivile Seenotrettung und damit für Menschen in Not.
Deine Spende geht direkt an Sea-Eye e.V., einer zivilen Seenotrettungsorganisation, die seit über 10 Jahren flüchtende, in Seenot befindliche Menschen im Mittelmeer unterstützt, nach Europa bringt und sich damit für Menschenrechte sowie Menschlichkeit einsetzt.
Eine Aufgabe, der - wie den betroffenen Menschen in Seenot auch - viele Steine in den Weg gelegt wurden und werden.
Für mich bedeutet daher jeder Euro, den Du spendest, eine konkrete Hilfe, diese Hindernisse und Distanzen ein Stück weit zu überwinden und Menschen direkt zu helfen.
Schritt für Schritt gehen wir gemeinsam, gehe ich für Deine Spende spazieren - und gemeinsam unterstützen wir damit direkt Menschen in Not.

it might sound trite or cheesy, but I firmly believe that many small steps can ultimately help us cover great distances. For every Euro donated, I’d like to take a one-minute walk—spread out over the summer and on Tempelhofer Feld in Berlin. (By the way, the photo shows my shoes with a butterfly perched on them. I took the photo just the other day after a long walk on Tempelhofer Feld 🫠). My goal? Your donation to support civil sea-rescue and, in turn, help people in need.
Your donation goes directly to Sea-Eye e.V., a civilian sea-rescue organization that has been supporting refugees and people in distress at sea in the Mediterranean for over 10 years, transporting them to Europe, and thereby advocating for human rights and humanity.
A mission that—just like the people in distress at sea—has faced and continues to face many obstacles.
For me, every Euro you donate represents concrete help in overcoming these obstacles and distances, one step at a time.

No. Listing your campaign and using the provided texts, image material and other resources is free of charge. Costs may arise from your own activity itself. We cannot reimburse or pre-finance the organisation or implementation of your fundraising campaign. Small donations are also very welcome. If you first cover your own expenses, such as a flea-market stall fee, and then donate the remaining proceeds or part of them, that is great too. To generate more donations, we recommend displaying the Sea-Eye x YOU posters at your activity and telling people about your campaign.
