✨ 🛟 Picknick for Rescue 🛟 ✨
In Zeiten in denen zivile Seenotrettung gezielt durch Blockaden und Sanktionen behindert wird, wollen wir am Samstag den 26.9. ein Zeichen setzen und im Rahmen der Sommeraktion von Sea Eye zu einem gemeinsamen Mitbringpicknick auf der Jahninsel zusammenkommen.
Die Jahninsel wurde gezielt als Ort gewählt, da hier seit 2017 ein Mahnmal steht, dass an verstorbene Menschen im Mittelmeer erinnert. Dies ist inzwischen aber weitgehend in Vergessenheit geraten, weshalb wir das Mahnmal wiederbeleben und beim leckeren gemeinsamen Picknick zum Austauch anregen wollen.
Packt also all eure Freund*innen, Fingerfood zum Teilen, Picknickdecke, Geschirr und Spiele ein.
Neben einem Infotisch mit Flyern, Stickern und temporären Tattoos wird es auch die Möglichkeit zum Kartentausch geben. Nehmt also Bargeld (mind. 50 Euro) mit und tauscht es solidarisch gegen Einkaufsgutscheine mit gleichem Wert und unterstützt damit konkret Geflüchtete.

Your donation saves lives. It goes directly to Sea-Eye e.V., an organisation for civil sea rescue. Sea rescue is still carried by civil society. Sea-Eye goes where Europe looks away and closes itself off. Every euro helps us run missions, protect lives and make the humanitarian crisis in the Mediterranean visible.
No. Listing your campaign and using the provided texts, image material and other resources is free of charge. Costs may arise from your own activity itself. We cannot reimburse or pre-finance the organisation or implementation of your fundraising campaign. Small donations are also very welcome. If you first cover your own expenses, such as a flea-market stall fee, and then donate the remaining proceeds or part of them, that is great too. To generate more donations, we recommend displaying the Sea-Eye x YOU posters at your activity and telling people about your campaign.
