2026 ist das bislang tödlichste Jahr für Menschen auf der Flucht im Mittelmeer.
Während die europäische Politik weiter abschottet und die zivile Seenotrettung behindert, fahren die Crews von Sea-Eye und andere Seenotorganisationen raus und holen Menschen aus der Not.
Das kostet Geld, Treibstoff, Ausrüstung, Crew und Liegegebühren.
Deshalb sammeln wir als Linksjugend [‘solid] Ilm-Kreis im September Spenden für Sea-Eye. Wir sind eine kleine Basisgruppe in Thüringen, aber genau deshalb glauben wir: Wenn viele kleine Aktionen zusammenkommen, wird daraus etwas Großes.
Jeder Euro geht direkt an die Seenotrettung. Egal ob 5€ oder 50€, jede Spende zählt, und jede Spende ist ein Signal, dass Menschlichkeit keine Frage des Wohnorts ist.

2026 has been the deadliest year yet for people fleeing across the Mediterranean.
While European policymakers continue to close off borders and hinder civilian sea rescue efforts, the crews of Sea-Eye and other sea rescue organizations head out to sea to rescue people in distress.
This costs money—fuel, equipment, crew, and port fees.
That’s why we, as the Linksjugend [‘solid] Ilm-Kreis, are collecting donations for Sea-Eye in September. We’re a small grassroots group in Thuringia, but that’s exactly why we believe: When many small actions come together, they become something big.
Every euro goes directly to sea rescue efforts. Whether it’s €5 or €50, every donation counts, and every donation sends a message that humanity isn’t a matter of where you live.

Sea-Eye goes where Europe looks away and closes itself off. Every euro helps us run missions, protect lives and make the humanitarian crisis in the Mediterranean visible.
No. Listing your campaign and using the provided texts, image material and other resources is free of charge. Costs may arise from your own activity itself. We cannot reimburse or pre-finance the organisation or implementation of your fundraising campaign. Small donations are also very welcome. If you first cover your own expenses, such as a flea-market stall fee, and then donate the remaining proceeds or part of them, that is great too. To generate more donations, we recommend displaying the Sea-Eye x YOU posters at your activity and telling people about your campaign.
