Das kapitalistische Weltsystem, das in enger Verbindung mit kolonialer Ausbeutung entstanden ist, bringt täglich aufs neue eine Welt hervor, in der die einen Länder auf Kosten anderer Länder immer reicher werden. In diesem System ist die Situation der Länder in der Peripherie ein Ergebnis der ihnen zugeteilten Rolle im globalen Produktions- und Handelssystem. Gestützt wird diese Situation durch befestigte Grenzen, Interventionen und Waffenlieferungen durch die Länder des Zentrums. Menschen, die aus ihrer Heimat flüchten, tun das vor diesem Hintergrund. Staaten und Staatenbündnisse, wie die Europäische Union, reagieren auf diese selbstproduzierte Situation durch immer stärkere (territoriale) Abschottung gegenüber der Außenwelt. Seerettung kann an den grundlegenden Problemen nichts ändern, ist aber ein wichtiger kurzfristiger Weg, um die Folgen für Einzelpersonen zu vermindern und Sterben zu verhindern. No. Listing your campaign and using the provided texts, image material and other resources is free of charge. Costs may arise from your own activity itself. We cannot reimburse or pre-finance the organisation or implementation of your fundraising campaign. Small donations are also very welcome. If you first cover your own expenses, such as a flea-market stall fee, and then donate the remaining proceeds or part of them, that is great too. To generate more donations, we recommend displaying the Sea-Eye x YOU posters at your activity and telling people about your campaign.
