Eigentlich will ich einfach wieder mehr Sport machen. Aber beim vorbereiten der Kampagne hatte ich einfach keine Zeit mehr. Also wieso nicht das sinnvolle mit dem praktischen verbinden?
Für jeden Euro, der über diese Kampagne gespendet wird, mache ich genau eine Liegestütze.

Ich dokumentiere das Ganze regelmäßig und arbeite die Liegestütze Stück für Stück ab, egal wie lange es dauert. Das Video oder Zwischenstände könnt ihr dann später sehen!
