Würde des Menschen, Freiheit, Demokratie, Gleichstellung, Rechtstaatlichkeit und Menschenrechte. Ihr Verhalten steht dazu im krassen Widerspruch. Pushbacks, Konzentrationslager, Deportation in Drittstaaten, Repression, Verweigerung rechtsstaatlicher Mittel und das Treten der Menschenwürde mit Füßen. Seit 2015 sind fast 30'000 Menschen im Mittelmeer ertrunken. Allein im Jahr 2015 waren es fast 2000. Vor wenigen Wochen haben Rechtsextreme im EU-Parlament gejubelt und "send them back" gegrölt. Sie haben beschlossen, dass Konzentrationslager in Drittstaaten möglich sein sollen.
Diejenigen, die bisher den Job übernommen haben, den die EU so sträflich vernachlässigt haben, werden seit jeher kriminalisiert. Dabei ist Seenotrettung Pflicht aller Seefahrer*innen. Die Bundesregierung hat die Förderung ziviler Seenotrettung komplett eingestellt. Deswegen müssen wir einspringen. Wenn Du kannst, spende für Sea-Eye! Jeder Betrag hilft.

Sea-Eye goes where Europe looks away and closes itself off. Every euro helps us run missions, protect lives and make the humanitarian crisis in the Mediterranean visible.
No. Listing your campaign and using the provided texts, image material and other resources is free of charge. Costs may arise from your own activity itself. We cannot reimburse or pre-finance the organisation or implementation of your fundraising campaign. Small donations are also very welcome. If you first cover your own expenses, such as a flea-market stall fee, and then donate the remaining proceeds or part of them, that is great too. To generate more donations, we recommend displaying the Sea-Eye x YOU posters at your activity and telling people about your campaign.
